Originally created by Riley Lorden and Nic Christian, Slash 'N Cast is a gaming/news YouTube channel devoted to the horror genre.  From gameplays to streams, and everything in-between - Slash 'N Cast is a one-stop-shop when it comes to your favorite horror films, series, and video games!

​The channel originally started as a weekly podcast that covered the most relevant horror news of the week.  After finding some success and a strong audience with 'Friday the 13th: The Game', they quickly broadened their perspective and decided to expand the channel.  Since then, they have never looked back and have kept gaming as a core part of the channel.

Aside from the channel, they also run a podcast network, Slash 'N Cast Podcast Network, which is full of great (and very different) horror-themed shows.

Riley Lorden has been a horror fan for as long as he can remember.  For so long that he even received horror collectibles for gifts as early as his fourth birthday and was told not to bring them in for preschool show and tell...  By the age of 9, he fell in love with the idea of making his own horror films.  Alongside a group of friends, he made several horror shorts and fan films.  With a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies and specialization in broadcast production, Riley continues to make films to this day.

Nic Christian found his passion for horror at much later age, not really becoming a true fan until high school.  That said, he is definitely the mastermind behind many projects. His charisma and determination has led to many successful projects, including the 2016 Friday the 13th Fan Film, and JACK, along with the podcast - Slash ‘N Cast.
